Our strength

The latest CNC automatic complex lathes can perform both turning and machining with one chucking to produce complex and specially shaped parts that require many processes with high precision and in a short delivery time. We are skilled at machining parts with an outside diameter under φ160 where the geometric tolerances are strict and such processing such as concentric groove machining, surface roughness detailed instructions, seal surface, and mirror surface finishing are required.

We also have post-heat treatment multi-axis (4-axis) grinding machines and matching grinding machines allow us to machine high-precision fit and surfaces with difficult finishes with one chucking.
